1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or engaging Trendwise Business Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. What we provide
Trendwise provides a managed customer-growth system for local service businesses, which may include a website, AI chat, AI Front Desk phone answering, missed-call text-back, a CRM pipeline, and automated follow-up, along with related add-ons. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Build timelines, including the 48-hour target, are good-faith estimates that depend on your providing the necessary assets, content, and access, and on third-party carrier approval for text messaging.
3. Fees and payment
Services are billed as a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly fee, at the prices quoted to you. The setup fee may be split half at the start and half on delivery. Monthly fees recur until you cancel. Payment is processed through our payment processor.
4. Cancellation
Our services are month to month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future monthly billing and ends ongoing management of your system. Setup fees already incurred are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and the assets and access we need to build and run your system. You are responsible for the content you ask us to publish or send, and for ensuring that any contacts you load have properly opted in to be contacted. We do not message purchased or historical lists.
6. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any particular level of leads, revenue, or business results, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. What we stand behind is the mechanism: that calls are answered, leads are captured, and follow-up runs.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials we create remain owned as set out in your engagement. You retain ownership of the content and assets you provide to us.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Trendwise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the services. This section is intended to be finalized by counsel before launch.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
