Draft pending legal review. This policy reflects how Trendwise currently operates and includes the SMS disclosures required for carrier (A2P) registration. Have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it.
1. Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the contents of any message you send through our website, chat widget, or booking scheduler. We also collect basic technical and usage data your browser sends automatically, such as device and browser type and pages viewed.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and hold discovery calls, provide and manage the services you request, send you messages related to those services, and keep our business records. We do not sell your information.
3. SMS messaging and consent
Text messaging. Mobile numbers collected for SMS are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. We only message contacts who have opted in, and we do not message purchased or historical contact lists.
4. Information sharing and disclosure
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, for example our CRM and automation platform (GoHighLevel), our scheduling tools, our payment processor (Stripe), and, where you request bookkeeping, the vetted contract bookkeeper working in QuickBooks Online. These providers may process your information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your information.
5. Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim certifications we do not hold.
6. Cookies and tracking
Our site uses the cookies needed for it to function and for the CRM and scheduling tools embedded on it. We do not currently run advertising pixels. If we add analytics or advertising tags in the future, we will disclose them here.
7. Your rights and choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you by emailing inquiries@trendwisebizservices.com. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
8. Third party links
Our site and messages may link to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
