Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about how the system works, what it costs, and what to expect. If your question isn't here, call and ask.
I already have a website. Do I need this?
A website alone doesn't ring the phone. The System turns a site into booked appointments: chat that answers at midnight, text-back on missed calls, follow-up on every lead. We can keep your current site and connect the growth engine to it.
How fast is it really live?
The build goes live in 48 hours once we have your logo, services, and hours. Text messaging depends on carrier approval, which usually takes a few extra days; everything else works day one.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month to month. If it isn't earning its keep, you cancel.
Do I have to learn new software?
No. We build it, configure it, and manage it. The only thing you do is answer the leads it sends you.
What happens when I'm on a job and can't answer?
The AI Front Desk answers the call live, handles questions, and books straight into your calendar. Anything it doesn't catch gets an automatic text back within seconds.
Can I start smaller?
Yes. Start with the site and the missed-call text-back, then add the rest as it pays for itself. You can upgrade any time as volume grows.
Do you do my taxes or bookkeeping?
Trendwise doesn't do tax work. Bookkeeping is available as an add-on for CRM clients and is handled by a vetted bookkeeping contractor working in QuickBooks Online; we tell you plainly who is doing the work.
Can you text my existing customer list?
No. Carrier rules require contacts to have opted in, and we don't message purchased or historical lists. The system builds a compliant list from day one.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. What we guarantee is the mechanism: calls get answered, leads get captured, follow-up happens every time.
What areas do you serve?
Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, and the surrounding metro.
Still have a question?
Book a discovery call or give us a ring. You will reach a person, not a queue.
